This warranty extends to the original purchaser commencing upon the shipping date or your rebuild unit. This warranty extends for the period of 18 months.

All warranty claims must be approved in advance by calling MPL at 1-800-268-2409. All units must be returned to MPL for repair or replacement. MPL will pay shipping charges both ways on defective units. MPL will repair or replace the defective unit and return it the same day it is received.

MPL will also pay for your labor to remove and replace the defective unit, again, only when approved in advance.

The warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to rust or corrosion, alteration or modification, accident, negligence, neglect (eg. lack of lubrication), misuse, or alteration of serial numbers.

Any warranty implied by law is limited to the duration of this warranty. MPL shall not be liable for any incidental or consequental damages for breach of any express or implied warranty relating to the products other than those provided herein.

MPL limits the obligations under this warranty to the repair or replacement (our option) of the defective part(s). We further reserve the right to repair or replace (our option) any other parts which are damaged as a result of defects in material or workmanship at a predetermined rate.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty. There are no obligations or liabilites on the part of MPL other than those stated herein and this shall serve as the claimants exclusive remedy.
